Industrial Dry Chemical
Industrial dry chemical systems e ectively suppress fires in various hazard areas. It can be used to protect small to large areas, protecting equipment, loss of production, including human life working near the protected equipment. They are used for total flooding or local applications in spray booths, C&C machines, generators, hazardous storage, and other areas prone to Class B fires.
Kitchen & Galley Wet Chemical
Wet chemical fire suppression systems have evolved to be more effective than old dry chemical systems. They protect commercial and industrial kitchens, including marine galleys, safeguarding appliances, exhaust hoods, property, productivity, and lives. These systems are used locally in areas with cooking media.

Did You Know…
All fire suppression systems, regardless of their type (e.g., wet chemical, dry chemical, clean agents), are required to undergo semi-annual and annual testing including maintenance in compliance with ULC1254, NFPA 17 & 17A standards, and National Fire & Building Codes. These inspections ensure that the system remains in peak operating condition.
Different Agents are used for Different Hazards including:
- Wet Chemical Systems: Ideal for kitchen fires, especially those involving grease or oil. These systems cool and smother the fire while preventing re-ignition.
- Dry Chemical Systems: Commonly used for industrial hazards. They are highly effective against flammable liquids and equipment fires.
- Clean Agent Systems: Suitable for areas with sensitive electronics, like server rooms. These use gases that extinguish fires without leaving residue or damaging equipment.
